Harley, The Inspector

As the final authority on all shelves, blinds, and closet systems, Harley is very adamant that everything be done with the utmost precision! As the Inspector, she is everywhere, making sure we're completing our assigned tasks on time. Because of her no-nonsense work ethic, we now have all the shelving up on the back wall of the pantry, all the blinds up, and the front two closets have rods and top shelves. She's such a stickler, in fact, she made us line our canned goods on the pantry shelves in neat rows and stash all of our holiday decorations in the front closets.
We're convinced her orders were selfish in nature. You see, less stuff in her way means more room to skid around corners and smash into walls. Her antics, although they may resemble play in the wild, are just additional tests to make sure our walls are sound. The Inspector misses nothing.

Just purrrrfect!!

Its a New Year which means a new, fresh, clean start to another 365 days of fun!! Traditionally at the start of a new year, I like to get things organized. This year was no different, seeing as we still lack most orderly systems humans use to store, organize, and make things tidy. You know like closet space, shelves, most bedroom furniture, linen closets, etc. So we decided to buy some closet organizers and blinds. Kade put up the blinds, the closet shelves and the hangers with ease. I started painting pantry shelves in hopes to get even more stuff put away. Yet with all of these little, yet much needed improvements, something was still bugging us. We decided we really needed someone to come in and give the place a good once over. You know, a good inspection to find all the tiny bits of clutter we missed. And believe me--the lady Kade brought in to help is is unbelievable! She pays attention to the smallest details and is making us shape up our act! Little bits of copper, tiny bits of paper, drywall pieces, and everyday clutter are no match for this Martha Stewart/Tasmanian Devil of a helper! She's our eyes and ears and nothing, I mean nothing, goes unnoticed. If her purrrrr doesn't tug at your heart, her mad cleaning skills should! Everyone, meet the kitten we lovingly call Harley.
