I found this house a couple of months ago that I just LOVED...but there was one teeny problem. It was in Easley and I work in Greenville. I kept my eye on it and finally told Kade I wanted to ride by it one afternoon to check it out. I asked to drive by it three more times that day. It was an old yellow house, built in 1920, with a huge front porch and old trees with lots of character and lots of room. Another teeny glitch--it needs A LOT of work!!! So, I decided that I needed a summer project and I put a contract on the place...
